Glenn Lim

(M.Soc.Sc, M.Ed, Dip Ed Psych,

Dip Counselling, DACE)

Glenn is the course developer and master trainer of CST (Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced). He is the consulting curriculum and instructional designer for various training programs in the areas of human performance. As a Human Behaviour Specialist and Psycho-Educator, he has trained nearly 500,000 professionals, social workers, counsellors and educators. He has worked as a subject matter expert in government agencies and lectured in various institutions.

As a practitioner, Glenn is an accredited TA Specialist (Transactional Analyst), CBT Practitioner (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and Master NLP Expert (Neuro-Linguistics Programming). He is also credentialed in 40 over psychological profiling instruments, and numerous other clinical modalities. His artful integration of these models helps him unlock deadspots or stuck issues in clients. Glenn's specialty is in strategic therapeutic interventions. He brings with him 18yrs of ground experience and scientific knowledge, and augments his work by lecturing and training others. He has the unique gift of integrating evidence-base studies to practitioner data, making his lectures piercingly insightful, dynamic, and up-to-date.

DAVID JEDIDIAH GOH

(M. Counselling, ACTA)

David Jedidiah is a trainer, speaker, executive coach and consultant. He holds a Master of Counselling, and is highly credentialed in various clinical modalities. He is also an adjunct lecturer with Temasek Polytechnic, equipping students with critical core skills.

With an impressive track record spanning over two decades in coaching and training, David Jedidiah is a hands-on practitioner who has personally guided numerous individuals in developing personal mastery, self-efficacy, and emotional management skills. Earlier in his career, he provided para-counselling services to distressed soldiers, playing a pivotal role in supporting their mental well-being . His extensive background includes working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and he currently specialises in addressing youth delinquency, family counselling, and parenting.

KEVIN TAN

(MA. App Psych, ACTA)

Kevin is a Senior Educational Psychologist who has worked with MOE HQ, MSF, SSI and NCSS. He holds a Master of Arts (Applied Psychology) and is a registered Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS)

During his tenure at MSF, he provided professional consultation under the Office of the Chief Psychologist and the Clinical and Forensic Psychology Service. Subsequently, he was seconded to the Social Service Institute, where he led a team of trainers in enhancing the capacity of social service professionals in utilizing the CANS and YLS/CMI tools. He also holds a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment.
